Delivery & Collection
We deliver all our products within the UK. Magazines can be delivered outside the UK. You can also collect from a Dawsons store (excluding magazines).
Next Working Day Delivery
We offer free delivery for all orders that exceed £15. For orders totalling under £15, a standard delivery charge of £5 per order applies.
We use DPD and DHL for deliveries in the UK. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please note that this option sometimes requires someone to be present to sign for the parcel – regardless of its size. Most orders are typically delivered within one working day if you order before 11am. If you order after 11am, you can anticipate delivery within two working days. Please note that while we aim for a speedy delivery, unforeseen circumstances or sending to remote addresses, such as in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and some parts of Scotland, may occasionally cause a slight delay. In such cases, you can generally expect your products to arrive within approximately 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Additional fees may be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries or repeat deliveries.
Click & Collect - Standard
When you select Click & Collect - Standard, we will ship your items from our warehouse to our store for self-collection.
How to place a Click & Collect - Standard order:
- Choose the "Click & Collect - Standard" option at checkout
- Select Dawsons Local Soho
- Fill up the billing address details for reference purposes
- Proceed to payment and checkout. Click & Collect - Standard orders will usually take 48 hours to be delivered to the store
- Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email. Do note to only proceed down to the store for collection once the notification has been sent
- Collect your order from the store during our opening hours within 72 hours by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly Dawsons staff, and they will assist you
Note that changes will not be allowed once your order is confirmed. Additionally, if you have not collected your product within the collection period, we will refund your order, which may be returned to our warehouse. Our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply to Click & Collect - Standard orders.
While we will do our best to honour your order, please note that bulky items such as digital pianos may not qualify for Click & Collect - Standard.
Click & Collect - Express
With Click & Collect - Express, you can conveniently collect your online order from our showroom for free. This option is only available when the store has stock of your entire order.
How to place a Click & Collect - Express order:
- Select the "Click & Collect - Express" option at checkout
- Select Dawsons Local Soho
- Upon payment, your order would take roughly 2 hours to process
- Upon confirmation, you will be sent a confirmation message via email stating that you will be able to collect your order
- Collect your order from the store during our opening hours within 72 hours by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly Dawsons staff, and they will assist you
Do note that Click & Collect - Express is only allowed for products currently available in the store, and you can only collect your order during the store's opening hours. Our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply to Click & Collect - Express orders.

Magazines
We have teamed up with Air Business for all magazine deliveries. Kindly note that no tracking is provided for this service.
All orders within the UK will be delivered free of charge. For deliveries outside the UK, there is a nominal charge of £4.
Most of our orders are delivered within 7 days to the UK, 14 days to the US, and 21 days to Asia.
Click and Collect is not available for Magazines.
