Gift Cards

Gift cards can be utilised at the Dawsons store and online, subject to the website's terms and conditions. They can be exchanged for products higher than the gift card's face value by paying the difference. Please note that gift cards cannot be converted into cash. The validity of gift vouchers is 12 months from the last transaction date. Any remaining balance on the voucher will be voided after the expiration of the validity period.

Please treat gift vouchers as you would cash, as they are not considered cheque guarantees, credit, or charge cards. Dawsons will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time and take appropriate actions, including cancelling the gift card if deemed necessary at its discretion. However, these actions will not affect your legal rights.
